Products Antiblocking Agents (ARGUBLOCK)

Antiblocking Agents

are additives of different kinds which reduce the adhesion of a material to itself or other materials and thus prevent the unwanted blocking of surfaces especially of films. Antiblocking agents are solids which create a micro-rough surface on the plastic and thus a paper-thin air layer as separation layer when putting the films on each other. The typical antiblocking agents are talc, calciumcarbonate, silicic acid, unmeltable polymers etc. mostly in combination with slip agents which have the tendency to move to the surface.

Antislip Agents

Special antiblock agents for films of which the particle size creates artificial spots on the surface. This hinders the overslipping of film surfaces.
