Hydrolysis protection

Plastics like polyamides and polyester which have been produced by polycondensation under release of water, degrade hydrolytically by the environmental influences humidity plus heat. Hydrolysis stabilizers support the conversation of the mechanical properties of these plastics, but they do not replace UV protection stabilizers and antioxidants which have to be used additionally depending on the application.
